How much does shipping cost?

We offer free, curb-side delivery for the contiguous U.S. (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Our white glove service is $249 and includes placement, assembly, and packaging removal. *Kindly note that White Glove Delivery may not be available in certain areas. In the event that you choose this service and it cannot be fulfilled, we will promptly reach out to you and refund the upgrade delivery option.

At this point, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii, although this might change in the future (stay tuned!).

It takes about three business days to process your order and ship it from our warehouse.  Then, it typically takes five to seven business days for the order to reach your home. There are occasional delays, thank you for your patience.

Unless you’ve selected white glove service, you do not need to be home when your furniture is delivered, however we recommend it in the unlikely event that your furniture has been damaged in transit.

For free, curb-side service, we deliver Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm. For white glove service, delivery appointments will be given a 4-hour window. Our delivery service will contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the appointment.

You should receive a call from our delivery team to schedule a delivery date within 4-10 days of placing your order.

You’ll receive a tracking number via your order confirmation email. You’ll also receive an email when your order has shipped.

Minimal to no assembly is required for most products. For sofas, chairs, and tables, all you’ll need to do is attach the feet or legs to the top.

“It’s all in the details” is a mentality we live by. We love to use high-quality materials that are built to last, including:

  • Powder-coated aluminum that’s lightweight, durable, and doesn’t rust
  • All-weather, UV-resistant wicker hand-woven into classic patterns
  • Sunbrella® fabric resistant to sunlight, heat exposure, and cleanings

Yes! We use materials like powder-coated aluminum and all-weather wicker, which don’t rust or deteriorate. In addition, our Sunbrella®-covered cushions and pillows withstand sunlight, heat exposure, and cleanings for a fresh, sophisticated look year after year.

We construct our furniture using incredibly resilient materials. However, we recommend covering your furniture during inclement weather and moving it inside during a deep freeze to ensure its longevity.

The furniture is designed by our team in the U.S. (Wisconsin) and assembled at our manufacturing facility in China.

Returns & Warranty
