We believe you will be delighted with your new purchase from Grand Leisure! We take great pride in the work we do and the level of design and quality we commit to offering you. We want you to be just as thrilled to own Grand Leisure furniture. Please review the following terms related to our return process.
I. 30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be automatically deducted from the refund credit amount for non-damage/defective returns.
- Please immediately contact our Customer Service by phone at (877) 672-3727 or email at cs@grandleisure.us with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise or to initiate a return.
- Our customer service team will provide a mailing label and instructions for return shipping.
- Your return will be inspected upon receiving and refunds will be issued for the purchased amount in the original form of payment, less any deductions.
- Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable local and state laws.
II. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items without original receipt
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Items that have been modified from their original condition
- Clearance merchandise – Clearance items, identified by a price ending in .98 are final-sale and cannot be returned.
III. Defective Product and Manufacturer Error
Any item arriving in defective or damaged condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right by sending you replacement parts, and items, or we will issue you a refund. No shipping costs will be issued in this situation.
IV. Order Cancellations
Please call Customer Service at (877) 672-3727 immediately if you have placed an order in error. If you wish to cancel your order and it has not shipped yet, we will issue a full refund. If it has shipped, a return shipping fee will apply to ship the item back to us. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your balance.
